Payment Due

You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source your materials like spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too!

No show = No treats

Your treats are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time.

Refunds

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your supply order has likely already been placed. But the good news – you get the treats!

Delivery Clause

All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within 10 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee of $10! Just send me a message on Facebook, Instagram, text or email to discuss.

Pick-up Dates and Times

Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their treats too! We have bulk pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that pick-up in your calendar! Pickup location will be provided with the order confirmation.

Covid Care

We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze most treats for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

 

Pictures are worth a thousand words

But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!)

It’s All Yours Now

Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cakes, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns.

 

Ship Shape!

Due to the current Cottage Food Laws in Minnesota, I am not able to ship at this time. They are working on new legislation to fix this so stay tuned for any exciting announcements in 2023!

Achoo! Allergies?

My Specialty! I have found and tested ingredients to safely bake for the following allergens, I just need to know ahead of time:

• Wheat/Gluten

• Dairy

• Soy

• Eggs

 

Cottage Food Laws

These foods are homemade and not subject to state inspection.  Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, or dairy free. We do our best to maintain a gluten free kitchen.

In Sickness and in Health

While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit hopefully far reaching.

 

Weather Clause

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn snow), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

 

Refunds

While we want you to love our treats, if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out within 24 hours to let us know if there are any issues and we will see what we can do. Refunds are not guaranteed but a credit may be issued for future orders.

 

Bulk Order?

Due to the custom work required for each order, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget

Once you’ve submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you’re awesome, you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because my treats are awesome. Awesome!
